Florida Pharmacy Website Return Policy
We accept returns either in-store or by mail within 30 days of receipt, subject to the conditions outlined below. Please note that all approved product returns are subject to a $15 restocking fee. If an order is cancelled before shipment, a $10 processing fee will apply.
Manufacturer Defects
Products with manufacturer defects are not the responsibility of Florida Pharmacy and are therefore not eligible for a refund. In such cases, customers should contact the product manufacturer directly.
Custom-Made, Personalized, or Altered Items
Please choose carefully, as custom-made, personalized, or altered products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to change of mind. Exceptions apply only if the item is faulty, significantly different from what was presented, does not perform as intended, or where required by law.
Other Return Requests
To be eligible for a return, one of the following conditions must be met:
The item is unopened and was ordered incorrectly
The item is new and in original packaging with all accessories
The item was received damaged
An incorrect item was shipped
Return Methods
In-Store Returns
Bring unopened or damaged non-prescription items along with your online invoice to Florida Pharmacy to receive a credit for the purchase price (excluding shipping*).
Mail Returns
To return items by mail, please call us at 727-216-6374 prior to shipping. This allows us to ensure accurate processing of your return and refund (excluding shipping*). Returns sent without prior notification cannot be guaranteed a credit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
After confirmation, please include the invoice and ship the item(s) to the address provided by our store team.
